STUDENT'S PERCEPTION OF E-LEARNING IN BIOLOGY LESSONS
Abstract
Based on the Minister of Education and Culture circular number 3 of 2020 concerning the prevention of Covid-19 in the education unit number 36962/ MPK.A / HK / 2020 concerning online learning and working from home, as an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, there is a substitute for teaching and learning activities in schools to E- learning or online learning. So this study aims to determine students' perceptions of E-Learning learning in biology teaching materials. The students' perceptions that were explored included the perception of ease, the perception of usefulness and the perception of acceptance. The subjects of this study were 30 students of class XI mipa 7 and one of the biology teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sindang Indramayu. The data were collected by means of an online questionnaire aimed at students and online interviews with the Biology teacher. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. When viewed from each indicator, the perceived ease of getting a percentage was 54.8%, the perceived usefulness was 55.5% and acceptance was 51.75%. From this study, it can be concluded that students have a fairly good perception of E-Learning with a percentage of 54.02%.
