The purpose of this study are: (1) To find out the comparation students using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with the student’s Think Pair and Share (TPS) mathematical connection ability; (2) To know the effect of students interest in learning on students mathematical connection ability; (3) To find the effect of interaction  learning method with students interest in this is research is an experimental. The population for this research in the students of eighth grade of SMP Negeri 1 Indramayu of academic year 2019/2020. Class samples were taken as many as two classes using cluster random sampling technique by drawing. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions are obtained: (1) There is no difference in learning mathematical at students of junior high school using Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning method with Think Pair and Share (TPS); (2) There is no difference in a student’s mathematical connection ability between student’s learning interest on student’s mathematical connection ability; (3) There is no interaction the effect between the use of learning method and students interest in learning about student’s mathematical connection ability.
